কাঁঠাল (Artocarpus heterophyllus) বাংলাদেশের জাতীয় ফল এবং বিশ্বের সবচেয়ে বড় গাছে জন্মানো ফল। এটি কাঁচা অবস্থায় সবজি হিসেবে এবং পাকা অবস্থায় ফল হিসেবে খাওয়া হয়। পাকা কাঁঠালের শাঁস হলুদাভ, মিষ্টি ও সুগন্ধিযুক্ত। এতে প্রচুর পরিমাণে ফাইবার, ভিটামিন A ও C, ক্যালসিয়াম এবং অ্যান্টিঅক্সিডেন্ট রয়েছে। এটি হজমে সহায়তা করে এবং রোগপ্রতিরোধ ক্ষমতা বাড়ায়।
